- Grant of License
Upon purchase, the Licensee is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the audio plugin for the sole purpose of creating, producing, and distributing music, including for commercial purposes. - Restrictions
The Licensee may not:
Sell, resell, rent, lease, or sublicense the plugin.
Share, distribute, or make the plugin available to any third party.
Copy, reproduce, or modify the plugin, except as necessary for installation and use.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the plugin.
- Ownership
The plugin remains the sole property of the Licensor. Purchase grants usage rights only; ownership of the software itself is not transferred. - Termination
This license is automatically terminated if the Licensee breaches any of the restrictions listed above. Upon termination, the Licensee must delete all copies of the plugin. - Liability
The plugin is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. The Licensor shall not be liable for any damages arising from use or inability to use the plugin. - Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. - Acceptance
By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using the plugin, the Licensee agrees to be bound by the terms of this License Agreement.
