{"id":107,"date":"2026-05-05T06:10:16","date_gmt":"2026-05-05T06:10:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dalkaudio.com\/?page_id=107"},"modified":"2026-05-07T07:49:52","modified_gmt":"2026-05-07T07:49:52","slug":"eula","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/dalkaudio.com\/?page_id=107","title":{"rendered":"EULA"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Grant of License<\/strong><br>Upon purchase, the Licensee is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the audio plugin for the sole purpose of creating, producing, and distributing music, including for commercial purposes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Restrictions<\/strong><br>The Licensee may not:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sell, resell, rent, lease, or sublicense the plugin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Share, distribute, or make the plugin available to any third party.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Copy, reproduce, or modify the plugin, except as necessary for installation and use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the plugin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"3\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Ownership<\/strong><br>The plugin remains the sole property of the Licensor. Purchase grants usage rights only; ownership of the software itself is not transferred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Termination<\/strong><br>This license is automatically terminated if the Licensee breaches any of the restrictions listed above. Upon termination, the Licensee must delete all copies of the plugin.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Liability<\/strong><br>The plugin is provided \u201cas is\u201d without warranties of any kind. The Licensor shall not be liable for any damages arising from use or inability to use the plugin.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Governing Law<\/strong><br>This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Acceptance<\/strong><br>By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using the plugin, the Licensee agrees to be bound by the terms of this License Agreement.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sell, resell, rent, lease, or sublicense the plugin.
